Diane has an enthusiasm for working with balloons that is out of this world. You may recognize her from classes she’s taught around the country with co-instructor and industry legend Troy Apprill. She has also served as an assistant to the designer for opening night ceremonies at both IBAC and FLOAT. Attendees to her classes love her easy-going nature and are inspired by her creativity. When she’s not teaching, Diane is the Event Coordinator and Manager of Balloonville Productions in St. Louis, MO.

This double block, 3-hour class is catered to the “newbie”. Never inflated a balloon? Don’t know helium from nitrogen? Then this class is for you! Join Diane as she shares with you the ins-and-outs of the equipment, products, and basic skills needed to create professional looking balloon arrangements. Demonstrations will include how to extend the life of a balloon by using Hi-Float, how to properly inflate and size a balloon using various types of equipment, and much more. This class will only be offered once, and is highly recommended for those new to balloons so you can jump right in and get the most out of the other courses offered at Ballooniversity.
